The blog administrators screen each post for relevance and appropriateness, and reserve the right to reject a post for any reason.  The administrators will not edit posts, but poorly edited posts may not be posted.  All posted content remains the responsibility of the individual author. We retain the right to remove any post, without notice, for any reason, and to bar users for inappropriate conduct.

We do not endorse the content of websites linked to from or linking to the blog, nor should such linking be considered an affiliation.

Comment Policies 

The default is that there will be no comments accepted on posts, although comments may be allowed on select posts.  If comments are allowed, this will be indicated in the body of the post, and all comments must be approved by the administrators.  Comments must be relevant, appropriate, and concise (under 250 words).  Comments may be rejected for any reason.

Individual authors are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permissions for anything they post.

Individual authors retain all copyrights to their posts.  The Harvard Food Law Lab and the Resnick Center retain copyright to the site as a whole, in aggregation.
